Any item that is undamaged can be returned for any reason, so as long as it is still within 30 days of the deliver date.
Note: There is a 15% restocking fee along with freight charges. Equipment parts cannot be returned.

Returning Merchandise
Returning is a simple two step process:

1a. Packing List:

Complete the return information on the back side of the packing list or provide a note with the information listed below. Please include with the packing list or the note with the returned products:
The order #, if available
The item(s) being returned
Reason for returning the item(s)
If you would like to reorder another item, include the item # and desired quantity

Call our Toll Free Number at (800) 459-5080 or (626) 350-9700 to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

2. Returning the item:
Write the RA#/order# on the outside of the package.
Send the return to our mailing address.
